Memory and Learning: Memory loss after Covid!  Spend only 2 hours a week on solving

Walking Health Benefits: The more physically active you are, the lower the risk of diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides.  Even depression can be prevented by exercising regularly

Doctors advise regular exercise and walking to stay healthy.  A 2011 study found that adults who walked for 40 minutes at least 3 times a week had the greatest benefits later on.  Nowadays, many problems appear in the body with age.  And so if one can be physically active then that possibility is greatly reduced.  That is, the part of the brain that is associated with memory increases in size (hippocampus).  Learning and remembering - these two tasks are done through this function of the brain.  However, with age, this part of the brain, the hippocampus, shrinks.  From which memory loss, conditions like dementia develop.  This is because the hippocampal and medial temporal lobes are enlarged.  From which physical activity also has its effect.

The more physically active you are, the lower the risk of diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and triglycerides.  Even depression can be prevented by exercising regularly.  Many people get dementia as they get older.  And this dementia can be prevented by regular exercise and exercise - this is what the research says.  A study from the University of British Columbia found that those who did regular aerobics had their hearts and sweat glands pumping more often than necessary.  This causes the hippocampus to increase in size.  This part of the brain is involved in verbal memory and learning.  The hippocampus also helps maintain body balance and muscle elasticity.  Also, even if you do aerobics regularly, the heart rate increases.  Heart problems do not occur.

Research shows that one person worldwide is diagnosed with dementia every four seconds.  It is estimated that by 2050, more than 110 million people will be affected by dementia.  This memory problem has increased post-Covid.  This study was conducted on several people with Covid.  They are asked to walk 120 minutes a week on a regular basis.  After that, 13 percent of the problems were solved in the first week.  If you can increase the exercise time from 120 to 150 minutes, you can get more results.

Exercise keeps the brain active.  Exercise helps maintain memory and improves thinking.  Helps improve insulin resistance in the body, reduce inflammation and keep brain cells active.  In some cases, the growth of blood vessels also increases as a result of excessive exercise.  Exercise also helps with sleep and stress management.

According to a Harvard Medical School study, brisk walking for 120 minutes a week can reduce the risk of stroke.  A lot of people are suffering from stroke now.  And so this bis work works well in this case.  It has even been observed in research.
