Losing weight in a short period of time is not an easy task.  Daily exercise is essential for losing weight, along with diet changes.




If you have gained a lot of weight and want to lose it, here is a very effective diet plan. If you follow this, you will lose weight in just 10 to 20 days.



For Breakfast: Drink cucumber-lemon water every morning after waking up. Drinking it improves blood circulation and also prevents gas, bloating etc. Place the cucumber in a glass and then add the lemon juice. Keep in a glass for a while and then consume.




You can eat it with mung dal and gourd curry or sambar for breakfast.  Drink green tea after a while.  Drink spicy tea by 11 am, it helps a lot in weight loss.




For Lunch: Low calorie food should be taken for lunch.  For this you can eat a bowl of Oat Roti with vegetables.  Have yogurt and salad with it for lunch.




Drink coconut water by 4pm after lunch.  It helps in burning calories.




For Dinner: You can have soup with any vegetable for dinner.  Also you should eat black beans, kidney beans, navy beans.




Eating beans is considered very good for weight loss.  This food is rich in fiber and protein.
