 Qualification: Master's Degree in Sociology, Governance and Development, Economics or Statistics.  Third division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA at any level of education is not acceptable.  Training in Monitoring, Evolution and Learning will be preferred.  Must have at least six years of work experience in related field.  Among them should have three years of experience at mid-level level.  Must have knowledge of MEL method and approach.  Proficient in survey methodology, data collection, processing, analysis and reporting.  Must know MS office and database management.  Must be fluent in Bengali and English.  Must have a field visit mentality.

 Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary Rs.1,18,200.  Apart from this, there are two festival bonus, mobile phone bill, health allowance, provident fund, insurance, gratuity and two days holiday per week as per company policy.
