Salary: Annual salary is Rs.8,24,820.

 Other benefits: Child allowance (Tk 1,917 per child per month), provident fund, festival bonus and income tax, medical benefits for employee's spouse and children, life insurance, canteen subsidy, transport and day care facilities will be provided.
