Under the Department of Economic Relations of the Ministry of Finance, the Bangladesh Embassy in Thailand and Belgium and the Bangladesh High Commission in India have published a recruitment notification. Interested candidates should apply in prescribed form of the institution.
One person will be posted as Economic Counselor at the Bangladesh Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand and at the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi, India. Grade 5 in National Pay Scale and minimum 10 years of work experience can apply.
One person will be appointed as First Secretary (Economic) in Bangladesh Embassy in Brussels, Belgium. Grade VI in the National Pay Scale and having at least two years of work experience in Grade VI can apply.
Eligible and interested officers working in Bangladesh Civil Service cadre posts in all Ministries/Departments and its subordinate offices/organizations should fill and submit the prescribed application form through appropriate authorities by October 10.

The application should be accompanied by attested copy of educational qualification certificate and two recent attested photographs of passport size with the Secretary, Economic Relations Division, Ministry of Finance [Division Head (Administration & Middle East)].
The applicant should be an officer of the Bangladesh Civil Service cadre and his employment should be permanent. Officers whose remaining period of government service is less than four years from the last date of receipt of applications are not eligible to apply.
If the applicant has any child born after January 1, 1992 and the total number of children including that child is more than two, then the applicant cannot apply. Number, name and date of birth of children should be mentioned at the time of application.
